Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-23

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Feedmarkdown's website, API, dashboard, webhooks and feeds (the “Service”), provided by 103 Labs, a company incorporated in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a contract.

3. Accounts and API keys

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
  • Keep credentials and webhook signing secrets confidential.
  • Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or rotate credentials if we detect abuse or compromise.

4. The Service

Feedmarkdown turns news sources such as Google News and Google Alerts into full-text Markdown, with cross-source deduplication, delivered by signed webhook or pulled as JSON Feed, RSS or Atom. Features, limits and supported sources may change over time.

5. Plans and limits

Each plan sets a source limit, a minimum check interval and an article history window. We enforce these limits in the Service. We aim to deliver articles shortly after a source is checked, but we do not guarantee that every article will be found, scraped or delivered, since we depend on third-party sources and sites.

6. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • the sources and webhook endpoints you configure;
  • complying with applicable law and third-party rights;
  • how you use, store, republish or feed to AI systems the content we deliver, including copyright and the terms of the original publishers.

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or bypass limits and safeguards;
  • probe, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
  • use the Service for spam, phishing, malware, surveillance or any unlawful activity;
  • point webhooks at systems you do not control or at internal networks;
  • resell or redistribute delivered article content in breach of publishers' rights;
  • create multiple accounts to evade trial or plan limits.

8. Content and rights

  • Your configuration: you keep rights to the sources, feeds and settings you submit.
  • Delivered content: articles belong to their publishers and authors. We provide them as a technical service; we grant you no rights in them. Your use is subject to the law and the publishers' terms.
  • License to operate: you let us host, process, transmit and store your configuration and the fetched articles as needed to run the Service.
  • Our IP: we keep all rights in the Service, software, documentation and branding.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content delivered through the Service infringes your copyright, email hello@feedmarkdown.com with: the work, the material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and you may act for the owner. We may block URLs or domains, or suspend the account involved.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as shown at purchase.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes on our income.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.
  • Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination.

12. Free trial

Free access is for evaluation. Abuse, including multiple accounts, may lead to restriction or termination.

13. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, created security or legal risk, or did not pay. On termination your right to use the Service ends, unpaid fees remain due, and clauses that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes) do. If you think we acted in error, email us within 30 days and we will review it.

14. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DELIVERED CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services, internet or power failures, government action or natural disasters.

17. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers and employees against third-party claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your configuration or webhook endpoints, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

18. Sanctions

You confirm you are not on a denied-party list or located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, and will comply with export control and sanctions laws.

19. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice, such as an updated date, a dashboard notice or an email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

21. General

  • These Terms are the entire agreement on the Service.
  • If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
