Refund Policy

1. Overview

If you are not satisfied with Feedmarkdown, email hello@feedmarkdown.com within 30 days of a charge and ask for a refund. This applies to every paid plan.

2. Subscription refunds

For a subscription charge we refund the unused part of your current billing period, pro rata. The subscription is cancelled when the refund is processed and your account moves to the free tier.

Only unused days of the current billing period are refunded.
Previous billing periods are not refunded.
Annual subscriptions are refunded pro rata for the full months remaining.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need another 3–10 business days to show the money.

4. Not refundable

Your account was suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service.
The usage caused damage, a security incident, or interference with our systems or third-party services.
You abused a trial or promotion, or opened several accounts to get around limits.
The 30-day window has passed.

5. How to request

Email hello@feedmarkdown.com from the address on your account, with a short reason. We reply within 5 business days.
